2. Services

2.1 Cleaning Services

CleansMaxUp provides quick cleaning tips & structure through scheduled on-site visits. To book a session, full payment is required at the time of scheduling. You may reschedule an appointment without penalty by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. After service has started, no refunds are available, though rescheduling may be offered based on availability.

2.2 Info Products

Our digital guides and materials are delivered electronically upon purchase. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the guides have not been downloaded. Once a guide has been accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Refund requests should be submitted via contact form.

2.3 Goods

Physical items sold through CleansMaxUp.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Once a returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We aim to handle all refund and rescheduling requests promptly. Refunds are processed to the original payment method listed on your order and may take up to 14 days to appear. Rescheduling options depend on the type of service booked; please refer to the specific terms under each service category above. For services explicitly marked as non-refundable, this status will be indicated at the time of booking and is based on the nature of immediate preparation or resource allocation required. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
